British Colonial Soldier

Picked up a couple boxes of these last year at an extremely good price (FRP Games was having their year-end special, and they were practically giving them away). I've basecoated 12 of them and now I'm trying to decide how I want to paint them.

I did this bloke in a red jacket uniform. It's in a style reminiscent of an Anglo-Zulu Wars era British soldier, but I didn't choose an exact unit's uniform. I just want them for Pulp/VSF gaming, so I figured exact historical accuracy wasn't exactly necessary.

When all is said and done... I like the red, but I think I may like a khaki uniform better. So, tomorrow I'll paint one in khaki and compare the two. We shall see.
