Celtic Woad Warpaint Centaurs

Presenting... Blue Warpaint Centaurs! I'm not certain I'm done yet. I'm going to let it sit for a bit and see what other inspiration leads me to add or subtract. I'm least happy with how the spotted horse turned out, it just looks like a mess to me. But the male archer and the female spear-centaur look okay. (I need to give them names or something...)

    I like them! The brushwork on these before the war paint is excellent. The addition of the blue is a nice, creative touch that gives these figures real character and intent.

    I think you could improve them easily with Citadel painting wash (flesh or brown), then another layer of your first color.

    Take your time to dilute your paint for a nicer result, your blue is a bit thick for example.

    Nice work anyway.
